This is a great post office well appreciated by most in the community. The staff understand a wide range of duties and are very friendly and helpful. There is a little car park next to it, but when it is full, people park outside in the busy road causing inconvenience to other drivers. It could do definitely with a pedestrian crossing.
I dont normally write reviews but I feel so let down by the poor customer service of this branch, one woman in particular is very rude and unfriendly each time I use it, I felt I had to Share this. And although this is my local post office I wouldnt use It again because of this.

This PO is certainly the best in Kent, maybe the country and possibly even the World. Staff are very helpful, always smiling and go out of their way to handle your needs in a swift and efficient manner - even made me a cup of tea the other day!
